Bulk insert

A user should be able to insert a bunch of records at once using _bulk_docs

    I notice that this has been implemented as CouchRest::Database#bulk_save, which does appear to work nicely.

    However I noticed that when doing something like:

    
LampPost.database.bulk_save([...])

    The resulting documents in the LampPost database don't get the couchrest-type attribute assigned as "LampPost", as it would if you did:

    
LampPost.new({...}).save

"CouchDB, close to the metal." <a href="http://github.com/jchris/couchrest/tree/master">CouchRest</a> is a RESTful layer for accessing CouchDB, based off CouchDB's included Javascript reference client. CouchRest also includes helpers for running large queries etc. There is also a base class for ActiveRecord / Datamapper style ORM, called CouchRest::Model.
